Number does not exist

When ringing home(landline-Virgin) from mine or my sons' Sky mobile phones, we get themessage'the number does not exist.Ringing both phones from the home phone proves there is no issue with the Virgin line.

Do you know if other people who are not with Sky Mobile can you ring your landline ?

Yes, all fine.

All you can do is to report this to Sky on 150 as it will need investigating by one of their teams. When calling remain the line and say nothing if asked anything by the bot.
