Not using WiFi, using mobile data

My phone, which states it is connected to WiFi, is using my mobile sky data even when I am at home. Any ideas?

Hi @Cadbury27  at a guess your phone is losing connection to your WiFi so mobile data is kicking in. Try turning off mobile data but leave WiFi on.
