Not registered on network

When I try to make a phone call a message pops up saying 'not registered on network' I cannot receive calls either and whilst I was out earlier I had no Internet either. I'm disabled and need my mobile phone, can anyone help or advise please, thank you

My mobile phone won't restart

My phone did an update and now when I press the button on the side of my phone to either 'turn it off, restart etc' those options don't come up, instead I get the 'gemini' pop up instead, it's only happened since the update, plus im having other issues too 😭 not happy, im disabled too

Hi, thank you for getting back to me. My phone still won't allow me to turn it off and back on, nightmare, my phone has been like it since it did an update, appreciate any help you can offer
