Calls constantly dropping out

My mobile calls are dropping out mid call, it doesn't always happen but it's on 80 to 90% of calls, sometimes they can't hear me or I can't hear them then it beeps and disconnects.

 

I have tried....

 

Getting a new sim card

3 new mobile phones

WiFi calling on whilst sat next to the router

WiFi calling off

4g

5g

Changing to eSim

 

All with no resolution.

 

I have also tried using another phone with a different sky sim from the same location whilst calling to the same person (to rule out mobile tower issues). In that situation the other phone and sim are fine whilst my phone and sim disconnects.

 

Short of trying a new mobile number entirely how can I fix this. 

 

Can sky reprovison my mobile service?  Would that help?

Hi, I am also having the same issues with my phone 😞 I was advised to change the sim card and then swap to a newer phone however I am now thinking of letting my contract finish and then switching mobile provider! Rather than getting stuck into another 3 year contract with a phone that's useless if people can't contact me and calls drop out etc.

Me too

 

Apple check my phone for hardware issues. None found. 

Changed to eSIM

 

Will have to leave Sky as that's my only option

I  got E-Sim with Sky Mobile. 

I had the same issues if someone calls me the call keeps dropping or cutting off. Ring me again same thing keeps on happening. 

I'm still on my cooling off period so I moved to Lebara sim card. Might be Wifi Calling on Sky Mobile causing the issue.  Not really sure. 

Lebara sim card seems to work fine. 

Lebara £1 for 7 Months. Then £4.90  a month for 5Gb.  1 month contract can leave anytime you want.

Sky told me to change phone or try a different number.  Sky said it might be phone but it can't be my phone. I have the latest flagship phone which is only few months old.   But its Sky E-Sim is faulty. 

Because I have used EE Sim, GiffGaff which worked fine.  before moving to Sky E-Sim. 

Now from Sky Mobile i moved to Lebara.
