New phone returned

Why are Sky so long winded about refunding the up front cost of a phone when they received it back over a month ago

The new phone was posted back as my partner didn't like it. It was posted using the 48 hour tracked Royal Mail label included in their email. I then received an email to inform me that they had received the phone & my refund would be completed within 14 days. This was in the 18th September. I've called so many times & been lied to every time. I've made an official complaint via Sky's on line form but have had no reply.

I received a text today asking for a contractual payment for the phone. They have to be joking.

It should have been refunded by now so what did they say when you last spoke to them ?

I take it that prior to returning it that you did cancel it and you did this within 41 days of receiving it. If so then Sky have up to 8 weeks to respond to your complaint or to issue a deadlock letter that will let you that this further.
