Not receving verification codes for universal credit
When my trying to log on for universal credits, it sends a text message which is meant to allow her to log on to the website, it says it is sent. But doesn't coke through, also happens with notifications from places like boots. Is there a setting that needs to be changed.

Hi @saunby you will need to call sky on 150 and give them the details of the organisations involved so they can investigate for you.
