Not receiving verification codes

I've just moved to Sky from EE and transferred my number over, since then I haven't been able to receive verification codes via text!! I've contacted Sky twice and was told I'd hear back within 72hours both times and nothing!!

 

It's so frustrating I just need to access my apps but can't without the codes!!

 

I'm receiving normal texts and the odd verification codes but not all!! Any suggestions?!
