Not receiving texts

My number has ported over but I'm not receiving texts still?

When is is due to port, note that porting doesn't take place on a Saturday or Sunday so sometime today would be the earliest if your date fell on a weekend.

If your number has been ported to sky try resetting your network settings: 

-on IOS 

1. Go into settings 

2. Tap on general.

3. At rhe bottom of the menu you should find "Transfer or reset iPhone, select that.

4. Tap on reset again at the bottom of the menu.

5. And out of the list of reset options select "Reset Network settings".

now you're phone would restart.

android could be a bit different depending on the brand you're using. Try googling "network reset settings on *brand name*" and it'll guide you.
