Not receiving SMS since Number Porting over from Vodafone

Hello 

I recently transferred my number over from Vodafone to sky

I had the txt from sky to say my number has been moved. 

I can receive calls but I'm not getting any SMS messages at all. I can send messages which work. 

But anyone who texts me back don't come through. 

I've done everything suggested on other posts on the forum I've looked at such as resetting network settings. 

Removing the SIM and I've also ordered a replacement SIM and activated that but the issue still remains.

Does your phone show the correct number in it's settings or does it show the number that came with the Sky sim ?

Yes all shows my ported number
