Hi, hope you can help. I'm no longer able to receive text verification codes to my phone. I've tried re-starting the phone, clearing cache, checking that notifications are enabled etc even tried partner's phone. I've contacted EB several times without them sorting the issue. All my EB account details remain unchanged. They say it's a provider issue and that Sky must be blocking these short codes. Thanks for any info you can provide.
