Not received the iPhone 16 pro even after DPD taken step

DPD send me this message:- Thank you for waiting. We are really sorry but we cant deliver this parcel. I can see your parcel is showing as 'do not deliver' so a replacement will need to be arranged by your sender. This is usually because either your parcel has become damaged or lost in transit. In this case, you would need to contact your sender, Sky. As your sender has placed this order with DPD, they will in turn contact our concerned team for more details. Your sender should then be able to help you with a refund or rebooking based on your service terms. Please anyone help me regarding this.

They are not picking the call right now what should I do

Keeping try to call them as that is all you can do. I should imagine that are present they are taking a load of calls from people wanting to know where their iphones are plus there have been some Sky Glass issues this weekend so just stay on the line for as long as you can.
