Not received text for roaming

Can anyone assist as I have not received the text confirming roaming charges and I have no service please??

Hi @Sian011  Mexico isn't covered by the £2 passport plus at sky. It's charged at rest of the world cost, which will be very very expensive. If you have no service you have probably already reached your monthly/roaming spend caps.

See page 11 for costs @Sian011  and note £2.16 per meg not gig, that's £2160 per gig.
