Not received my triple data

I moved from O2 to Sky a few days ago. I got a.new phone and sim. I chose to go for triple data 30GB for the price of 10GB. When I go on the app it's says I've only got 9GB? How come I haven't received my 30GB?

Hi @Loutin  in your first month you only get part of your monthly allowance as your first bill is due next week, after that then you get your full allowance. It's pro ratered for the first month.

The first data amount will be pro rata so you should get the full amount when your billing renews.
