Not eligible for phone swap

I'm over 24 months into a 36 month contract and I'm looking to swap my phone, but my account says I'm not eligible.

Hi @Glynn1989  if it's not letting you do it online then your only option is to call sky on 150 so they can help you

Swap 24 not elegible

Has anyone else had this issue and been resolved? 

im over 24 months now but my account says not eligible for a swap. 

I had no problem last time.  If I've signed up for swap 24 then it shouldn't be an issue

@D_e_a_n_8_6 Call Sky and ask why your not eligible, no-one here will be able to assist you further.
