Hi, I am a new customer and I am not able to link my sky iD...I put in my details and it says it's wrong or that it is already linked, but when I then try to sign my new credit agreement nothing comes up and says I need to link again? Any help would be really appreciated!

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
