My Nokia g21 has been receiving calls from a private numbers and blocking them, they are very urgent calls from my health specialists.

A quick Google finds this, does it help:

Open the Phone app
Tap More
Tap Settings
Tap Blocked numbers
Tap Clear next to the number you want to unblock
Tap Unblock
