Free Samsung FIT3 watch with recent purchase of an A35 phone via the Sky Black Friday deal

I have recently signed up and purchased anew Samsung A35 mobile which was offered with a free Samsung FIT3 watch. I have received the new phone but no watch. How to claim the watch please.

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.
