No swap update and paid for both devices

I sent my device back to Sky and it was signed for on 6/12 by Sky as proved by Royal Mail but I had a letter saying not received yet and online says swap started nothing more and they've taken payment for both devices even when I sent the old one back the same day I got my upgrade. Tried doing chat bot which won't work and I am unable to call them. Help!

Hi @SueDoll  it takes 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed so it will be a while yet. Any overpayment should be returned once the device is verified ok and the processing completed.
