I've had real issues with sky. Ordered phone, never arrived. My original order clearly states SIM card with package. Spoke to them and cancelled original order and reordered over the phone. They talked me through it and ordered exactly the same. It was clear that I was ordering through contract, not just for the phone. But no sim arrived with this phone. Looked into whether it was eSIM, but had no details sent about that.

If there is no sim showing on your account waiting to be activated @sarah494  go to sky.com and order a new sim/plan. If there is a sim waiting to be activated it may have been sent separately.
