Hello,
I ordered the new samsung tab 10 ultra with a data sim package. The tablet turned up but no sim card arrived. The option for an esim is not available for some reason? The only option i have is to activate a sim card? I can't find any option to order one via the website?
Is there another way to request an esim?

That is correct you need to order a data plan for the sim here:
https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans
Should you end up with two then make sure you only activate one of them so the other is cancelled.
You will start a 12 month contract for the sim when you activate it.

Hi @Netingit go to sky.com and order a new sim/plan and a new sim should be sent. If both turn up just activate one of them.

Thanks for responding.
By ordering a new sim plan? Would this mean a new contract? Sorry, just a bit lost on the part of ordering a new plan.
