No signal

Sky are saying there's a phone mast down in my area could take up to 2 weeks to resolve but I can only use my wi fi which at work is rubbish and I need my phone for work any help to get my phone back up and running please

Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so you, and others in the area, will be relying on a third party fix.
