No signal

Hi, I've had no signal on my phone for days, this has happened several times over the last few weeks.
I'm not able to phone sky because obviously I don't have signal. I've tried the online bot but that didn't help. Does anyone know how I can speak online to someone at sky?

First thing to try is whether any local mast issues show here?
