No signal

So my mobile mast was struck by lightning around a month ago and my signal went to zero. After reporting the fault and receiving an email from sky saying the mast had been fixed, I still have no signal and the checker now says there's a fault which obviously hasnt been fixed. Does sky give a discount on your bill for having no service? Thanks in advance for any replies.

You will need to report this issue to Sky. Sky don't own or maintain any phone masts themselves so you may be relying on a third party fix.

There is no automatic compensation (like broadband & Talk) but once it's fixed Sky may put a credit on your mobile account but it's not guaranteed..
