Yes it does show a mast is down but for the last few months, I've missed work calls and hospital appointments as it constantly says my phone is off, what exactly am I paying for when no one can call me

Sky do not own the masts and subject to 3rd party repair. (Bear in mind other providers may also be impacted by the same mast...)

I know, I just find it odd, I've asked a few people on my street, all other networks work fine it's just Sky that seems to have this problem with the mast
