No signal help

Hi

 

I was talking with someone from sky on here last week who was really helpful and escalated my case but I haven't heard from anyone at all.

I dont have any signal at all since christmas and have done all the steps up to factory reseting my phone and my case was escalated.  Also while I was away in Spain over the weekend I managed full signal and 5g and to use my phone no problem.  Can someone look into this for me please? And get an update. Does anyone know if there is anyone i can contact? The person I was talking with last week was so helpful
