Claiming free tablet
So I purchased a mobile device from sky and have been trying weeks to claim the free tablet promotional offer. I've uploaded the only proof of purchase provided by sky but there's no date on it so they keep saying there is claim details missing. Has anyone come up against this? I'm so frustrated!!

You haven't said what you uploaded but usually you should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

No, the problem was the receipt sky provided via email didnt have a date! I rang the samsung helpline and the lady was very helpful. I was able to forward her my receipt email and she validated the claim there and then. Just wanted to update incase anyone runs into the same issue as me......
