I have seen this question answered and I have tried everything suggested (ensuring data roaming is on home, the APN settings are correct, hard reset on phone). I had my phone on airplane mode while away in Mexico as I had access to Wi-Fi throughout the whole hotel. When I came home I turned it off and didn't receive signal, I gave it time then last night spent so long trying everything I've seen suggested, also trying to remove the sim and popping it back in and still having no luck! Any other suggestions will be really appreciated as I'm back to work tomorrow and don't have Wi-Fi when there so will have no way of keeping in contact (also can't believe how common this issue is with sky- definitely needs looked into more)

it is saving as home and still no signal. I have hard reset the phone, only thing I haven't tried it factory reset which i think is my last option.

i don't unfortunately. I know in past discussions sky have sent out new sims to people who have had this issue so I'll try and get in touch with them to request one. Not ideal.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou can get a replacement here @Cjones but if it's a phone setting problem that won't help, hence trying another sim if you could.
