No service

My phone is from Sky, and I have been using it for quite a long time. I used to use an eSIM in it, and now I have started using a new physical SIM. But the new SIM is not working in the phone. Phone shows ( phone not allowed) and no service.my sim network is EE .When I put another SIM in, it works, but the signal does not show continuously. I am worried and request that my phone be checked and fixed so that my SIM can work properly.

Has this been happening as soon as you inserted the EE sim in your phone ?
