No service

So I transferred data from my old phone to the new one at first I got my network to the new iPhone but the transfer got declined now I tried to do it again but it's not working tried every step reset network setting and force restart, airplane mode and everything but still it shows no service

What did you do as it is not possible to move data directly between two phones so do you mjean you moved your sim from the phone you had to your new one ?

Yes I changed the sim and now it's showing no service in the new phone

Give this a try as it should send the network settings to your new phone:

 

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.
