No service

Hello, yesterday I did a swap and received my new phone, (swapped from 13 pro max to 16) put my existing SIM in and everything worked fine. Today I have a "no service" at the top of my screen and I am unable to make or receive calls and texts or connect to mobile data. Please can somebody solve this as the virtual assistant is not proving to be helpful
