Data

Hi I have changed my phone to the iPhone 13 and upgraded to limited data but it's not working it says I have ran out of data. I have just transferred data from my piggy bank (unsure what that is but it let me) but why isn't my data unlimited?

Was the unlimited data plan applied to your current sim so replaces the plan on that or do yiou have a new sim with a new number that this plan is on ?

I have kept the same number it was added to my new plan. I've activated it and on my data plan it says unlimited but I have 0 data

When is your billing date, so the day your data resets each month ?
