No service

Moved to sky on the 16th activated ESIM, everything says it's active but no service. 
spoken to customer support, followed all the direction every day since 16th and still no service. 

going around in circles and not getting any help. Still have a new phone and no service. 


paying for something I am not receiving so disappointed in sky! Wish to. Complain
