No service

I'm on holiday and since I arrived here 7 days ago I've had no service the whole time, I've tried all the steps you have online and nothings working

Hi @Lily13  have you ensured roaming and mobile data turned on in your phone settings ? Is your spend cap set high enough ? Have you received any welcome messages from sky ? You could try turning off automatic network selection in your phone settings then do a manual search and choose from the list ?

Also make sure this setting is set to Abroad:

 

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Abroad..


Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad.

Yeah I've done all of that! I haven't even received a message from sky when landing literally have no service whatsoever

The only other thing I can suggest @Lily13  is a restart of your phone, leave it off for a few minutes before starting it back up.
