No service, roaming, or network

I've been with Sky Mobilr for a number of years and nothing's recently changed - same device, same sim etc. Today I couldn't get roaming. Now I'm back home and on WiFi trying to troubleshoot the issue. The messages I'm getting are: - 'No Service', 'Not registered on [Sky] network', 'Emergency Calls Only' and 'Your SIM card doesn't allow a connection to this [Sky] network' Have done following trouble shooting: - Latest update already installed - Requested network settings but no text or notification received - Have checked SIM - Have switched to flight mode for 30 seconds then switched back onto roaming - APN is enabled (though I can't toggle it on/off as it's greyed out) - APN settings don't match those on SKY website (currently reads MNC 240 MCC 07, not 234 / 57), but I can't update them or set up and save new ones. Any other suggestions please 🙏 Thanks

Have you been abroad recently, even if you haven't have you made sure this is set to Home:

 

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home


Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.
