No service after esim conversion

I switched to esimm about a month ago. Decided to go back to normal simm after continued issues. I have had nothing but problems since. Failed calls, people can't get in touch with me. I was told about 10 days ago that there was a fault in the area. How is it that my daughter who is also on Sky mobile hasn't had any issues. It seems that converting back from esimm is the issue and I'm being fobbed off. I've missed calls from agents regarding rental properties. I question whether to stay with Sky as they're not being truthful

Hi. I'm still waiting for Network team to let me know what is happening with my mobile service because haven't been able to make calls or receive them but I can receive texts & use Data , this issue been going on for weeks now.
