No returns label
I ordered an iPhone 17 pro max on the 9/12/25 and cancelled within 15 mins because I had changed my mind.
The next day the phone got delivered.
iv been phoning sky everyday since then to get a returns packaging or returns label via email so I can send it back myself
No one has been able to send me one I'm now getting the old I'm out of the cooling off period rubbish off the call centres.
This has been incredibly stressful.
There saying they can't find a credit agreement although there is an iPhone 17 pro max on my account saying I owe £1333.
No payments scheduled.
Please can someone help me I'm at the end of my tether.
Sky are an absolute Disgrace

Usually there is a return label on the inside of the packaging but if there isn't and Sky have not processed this return for you then you might want to put in a complaint:

there was no returns label in the box and iv gone through the complaints link a few weeks back and heard absolutely nothing back

Once a complaint is received Sky have up to 8 weeks to resolve it or issue a 'deadlock letter'.
