No qr code for eSIM

I have a new phone I tried to transfer my new number but once I'm away from WiFi I have no internet at all I need to install my eSIM but have no qr code and I can't send one to myself as my phone is not working the last two days I have spoke to customer service both times they said it would work but it hasn't i just need a new qr code
