No outgoing calls. After switch over

Can someone please help me to understand why I can't call out after initial switch over ? 
I've looked at my wsim this is active with another number (primary) my number acting as a secondary number 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Without knowing what you've done (or not done) it would only be guesswork.

 

Did you have a PAC from a previous provider?

Yes I recieved a PAC code when I left Vodaphone .
