I moved from 02 to sky mobile about a month ago. If I miss a call due to not having a signal I do not receive any kind of notification of this missed call. Is there some kind of setting I need to change. I have an iPhone 14 pro and have never experienced this issue before, I have missed a number of important calls that I had no idea I'd missed.

Thank you for your reply. Yes phone notifications are switched on. Sorry I should have put that on the OP.

Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers and make sure it’s off. In case it’s enabled, you will miss all calls from people who aren’t in your contacts list or with whom you have not talked via Messages or Mail.

I am also in a similar position - I moved to Sky mobile from EE about 6 weeks ago and also have recently not been receiving any missed call notifications. And as a result have missed some important calls too.
So any help would be appreciated. ( I've already tried the suggestions already posted about notifications and not silencing unknown numbers). I use Wifi calling due to poor network - could that have anything to do with it?
Thanks in advance

This is happening to me too. Calls from my GP went straight to VM and no trace in missed calls. Sky recommended switching VM off. Am in a year contract and at this rate, a year will be too much.
