No network

This afternoon my phone suddenly stopped receiving or making calls. Emergency only. States im not regisyered for network. My sky states will send new network settings but cant as i canr receive texts anymore. As anyone any ideas as i am going round in circles

I have emergency calls only and my phone states sim no longer registered. Have tried sky help and reregistering sim but cannot receive the text they send
