I have emergency calls only and my phone states sim no longer registered. Have tried sky help and reregistering sim but cannot receive the text they send

i am sorry to say I have found the SKy reporting system useless. Spent all of Friday trying to raise issue on line, spent Saturday morning on a chat room going through the same actions, only be told the caht was not techinical therefore they were now transferring me to the techinical team who would ring me on my faulty phone !!!. I then decided that to look into moving to another network so then spent an hour on a landline, at my expence, trying to get a PAC code and trying to get the person on the phone to understand I couldnt do it myself as my phone was faulty. In the end they said they would arrange for it to be emailed to me but no one works weekends so it would be Monday. Got it this afternoon and still no call from faults. Today I missed a doctors appointment and had a wasted visit to pick up and order as they has texted me that it would be late arriving. Sorry for my rant but have now decided to move mobile supplier to one with a website that seems to make sense
