No network

I need to speak to an engineer. Everything was working fine yesterday but from about 8pm last night I was unable to call or send messages. I tried again this morning but still nothing. I have used the ai guide and followed all the steps but still not working. I have checked the network but no issues.

It might be that the sim has developed a fault so if you haven't another phone you can use to call Sky on then they can also be contacted via social media as there are links at the bottom of this page you can use.
