Delivery didn't reach my address but it's being returned
I ordered a mobile on the 19th of June. I recieved email that it was going to be delivered on the 21st. When tracking it on the 20th it said that, 'Return to consignor has been requested' but no delivery came to my door. I was surprised on the 21st while tracking it again it said that it was being returnrd to sky. I'm so frustrasted.
Now on my account it's saying action required , I called their call number which deemed useless. They ordered another phone for me, which the agent told me that once they reurn it the first order will be cancelled yet I only wanted my parcel to be delivered back to my address. I Now it's still showing 2 orders luckily I haven't signed the credit agreement of the 2nd mobile.
I need help please what do I do to get my first order back.

This might have happened if you have failed the second more enhanced credit check that takes place which is why that after it was dispatched (as to not hold the order up should you have passed the checks) that Sky have requested it be returned to them. You can call Sky to find out if this is what has happened as they can answer this for you but as Sky is not allowed to view your financial records they can not tell you why you have failed the check. You might want to look into this yourself by signing up to a site that allows you to view your records, one credit checking site they use is Experian so you could sign up to a free trial with them, just remember to cancel.
If this is the case then any upfront charges that you have paid should be refunded within about 14 days.
