No network

Have had no network for 5 days can't make calls or have date when im not connected to my WiFi at home . Even then I can't make calls or txt . Can't get no help what so ever sky are useless .im self employed and im losing business. Fuming

Hi @Andeh  any issues showing. For information sky mobile is a domestic service not a business one, you may wish to look into that in the future.

Remembering Sky Mobile is for domestic use is there any relevant information showing on this link

It may disclose a nearby mast issue. Remember Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is an issue you and others in the area will be relying on a third party fix.

In that case @Andeh  you will need to wait for the mast to be fixed, be aware sky don't own any masts so are relying on others to fix any faults.

Masts issues would very likely affect more than just the Sky network. Unlike Broadband there is no automatic compensation for this. When it has been fixed you could call Sky and ask for a good will gesture credit be applied to your account but it certainly won't compensate for any loss of earnings.

I'm with you. I was told the only option was to reset my phone completely. I am fed up with Sky support who don't seem to have a clue. I am not paying until they fix this It is **bleep** that they can't fix this

You can't withhold payment. Cancelling the payment method is definitely not recommended and it will cause additional problems. The relevant services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, the account can't be cancelled, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky could involve a debt recovery company which may affect your credit rating.
