No network connection

My Sky mobile sim doesn't connect to the sky 4g or sky 3g network. It's been working fine for years until recently. Any suggestions? I tried resetting my network settings and also requesting network settings again from Sky but since I'm not on the network, I can't get the settings via SMS! How can I fix this please?

Does any mast issues show here for you:

If not you could try ordering a replacement sim incase the one you have is faulty so if this link doesn't work:

https://www.sky.com/productsettings/mobile/sim/x/replacement-sim

You will have to contact Sky, perhaps via social media as there are links t the bottom to their sites.

That doesn't look right to me either.

I've tried resetting my network connection, but no joy. I tried manually selecting my network too, but no joy. Thinking I may need a replacement SIM.
