No network connection

Hello all day today my phone dont have network connection. I cannot make calls, nobody can call me.

I am having the same problem and have for ages I have to walk half way down the street to get a signal can't phone , text or receive anything in my home and they keep telling me there's no connectivity problem

I cannot make calls anywhere... i spent 2 hours on call today and they couldnt find what is wrong.

Another customer was having a similar issue @Kasia78  so they deleted and reinstalled the esim and it cured their issue.

How to do that?? Because i dont have code to esim

I was in the Sky kiosk and it looks like esim gone from phone because it doesnt show in system. The girl order for me sim card.
