Good afternoon
we have been unable to make or receive calls for 2 weeks on 2 different handsets and numbers
Sky are horrendous at telling what the issue is.

Be aware that Sky do not own or maintain any mobile phone masts so if there is a local mast issue you and others in the area will be waiting for a third party repair.
