No mobile phone signal. Unable to make receive calls. Texts ok

Last two years mobile signal calls etc great at home. But last 3 months now regularly unable to make or receive calls when at home . Followed all advice about ohone settings /simetc. But stll problem occurs regularly. I use Sky Mobile. My partner she uses o2. She is having exact same issue regulalry now unable to receive make calls on mobile from home. Can Sky advise as online their info shows forecast great 4g signal for calls and texts but thia is simply untrue
