I am travelling in France from the UK, my roaming is on. I have turned flight mode and airplane mode on an off, I have turned my phone on and off and still have zero bars or network. I have followed sky information online to resolve and this has done nothing. I have tried to speak to an agent and they were unhelpful. Any ideas?

My phone won't connect to any network provider. I do have a cap on spend but it's not where near the limit. I believe I should only be charged £2 per day to use data but I can't connect to anything apart from wifi
