No mobile in Spain

Hi Can you please advise. We are in Spain and trying to access mobile roaming. My phone keeps saying REFRESHING SIM DATA and when i try to call you to sort this out by phone it says NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK Can you please advise. Kind regard's Lee Turner

@noddypop 

You could try turning off automatic network selection in the settings then get your phone to search for other available networks to see if it will then connect and allow you to make calls. Also make sure the spend cap hasn't been reached if you have one set.


Make sure this setting is set to abroad:

 

Apple:

Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to abroad.

 

Android:

Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to abroad.

@noddypop  Your other post asking some one to call you have been removed as you've posted personal info on a public community, you should never post personal details including your mobile number in a public place.

 

Also no one from  Sky would see your post and no one  can or will call you.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
